Exhibition Space - Westmorland County Show 11th September 2008 We are now taking bookings for Trade Stand for the Westmorland County Show on Thursday 11th September 2008. Fees & Charges You do not need to send any money with your application; we will raise an invoice and send it to you within a few days. The invoice is by way of acknowledgement of your booking and provisionally reserves you an exhibition space at the Showground. Nearer the time details of your stand number and any tickets and vehicle passes etc will be sent. Please note full payment of your invoice must be made at least eight weeks before Show Day otherwise your reserved space will be re-let.When selecting your stand size you must trade within the space you have booked, your space must take into account any guy lines, units or vehicles parked on the site. No generators will be allowed on site; electricity is available in most areas if booked in advance. Don't forget to state clearly on your application form how many tickets you need. You will see (rule 4 - Exhibitors Passes) that the number of tickets issued are linked with your stand size so if you need extra these are available at £7.50 (inc VAT) per ticket, they must however be purchased in advance. If you and/or your staff do not have the relevant passes you will not be allowed in. Once again, all exhibitors are reminded of the considerable amount of traffic on Show Day morning. All exhibitors setting up are requested to have their vehicles off site or get 'locked in' by 8.30am, you are strongly advised to have your stand as near complete as possible the day before. There will be security cover on the Showfield from Wednesday evening. Should you require further information please do not hesitate to contact the office. |
