Bluetongue Meeting – Thursday 27 March 2008

In conjunction with North West Auctions, the NFU, Westmorland Veterinary Group and ourselves, a meeting will be held on Thursday 27 March 2008 at Kendal Auction Mart, commencing at 7.30pm. The aim is to provide information about the disease, surveillance and protection zones, likelihood of spread and plans for vaccination. There will also be opportunities to ask questions. A hotpot supper will be served. The meeting is open to anyone, particularly those with an interest in the livestock sector, so please forward this information to friends, neighbours etc.

To help with catering arrangements it would be useful if you could indicate if you plan to attend – a phone call, answering machine message, fax or e-mail will suffice.
