The Information Technology Suite, opened in 1999, was developed to offer local businesses a high quality venue for training. The facility can be hired by corporate groups wishing to train their group with their own ICT trainer, or we can arrange a trainer on your behalf.
Computer technology combined with a beautiful rural location - what more could you ask for! Lane Farm is a place where you can come along and enjoy training and learning in comfortable, well equipped surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of the towns and cities.
The Suite is set up with ten Toshiba laptops, with an external keyboard and mouse for ease of use, all networked with Broadband Internet connection. Software installed is Microsoft Office 2003, Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 also available is MS Word, Excel & Publisher 2000. A media projector, static screen, OHP and whiteboard are all included with Tea and Coffee provided on arrival.
Coffee and Lunch breaks are taken in the adjacent library area.
