Conference Facilities and Showground Hire

Here at Westmorland Showground, we have four spacious meeting rooms available for hire. Our excellent location and affordable prices mean that we are the first choice for many local and national businesses. Located 5 minutes from Junction 36 of the M6, we offer easily accessible facilities, with plenty of parking space, set in attractive farmland.

Breakfast or lunch can easily be arranged with your booking and all food is prepared locally.

Use of flipchart, screen, projector and laptop is included within prices, however please let us know in advance if you wish to make use of these facilities. Wi-Fi access is available on request.

  • Westmorland Room:
    Our largest meeting Room, Westmorland Room can be set up to your requirements and will comfortably fit 50 delegates (theatre style)
  • Kendal Room:
    Ideally suited to boardroom style of up to 18-20 delegates.
  • Farleton Room:
    Ideally suited to boardroom style for up to 12 delegates, the Farleton Room offers a relaxed atmosphere
  • Milton Suite:
    The IT Suite can be used as a general meeting room, or can be set up with 10 laptops, installed with Microsoft Office 10. Ideal as a training room for employees, it offers a spacious and relaxed environment.
