Eleventh Annual Young Farmers Stock Judging Competition

The Westmorland County Agricultural Society’s Eleventh annual Stock Judging Competition to be held on Thursday 19 April, 2007, commencing at 7.00pm.

The 2007 event is to be held at Park House Farm, Heversham, by kind permission of Mr and Mrs Gordon Capstick. Please note that this is a different venue to recent years.

Competitors will be asked to judge Dairy, Beef and Lamb stock and also complete a short questionnaire on Animal Health.

This is an excellent opportunity for Young Farmers members to “have a go” at judging stock prior to the Field Days.

We would be delighted to see you once again. We offer a £25 cheque to each Club that sends a team of four. There is no limit on the number of competitors per YFC.
